Champagne Brut - tradition:

Grape varieties: 20% Chardonnay, for elegance and finesse; 40% Pinot noir, for roundness and structure; and 40% Pinot Meunier for fruitiness.

Nose: Slightly fruity with a subtle dominance of white fruits: pear, apple.

Palate: Clean and balanced. The fruity aromas express themselves with freshness over a good length.

Food pairings: Goes with all dishes. Ideal with white meat, or a monkfish blanquette with mushrooms.

Champagne Brut - Rosé:

Grape varieties: 10% Chardonnay, for elegance and finesse; 60% Pinot noir, for roundness and structure; and 30% Pinot Meunier for fruitiness.

Nose: A true festival of red fruits! The aromas of blackberry, raspberry, currant, and strawberry remain delicate and convey a feeling of lightness and conviviality.

Palate: Fruity and well balanced, this rosé comes from a blend where the wine benefits from carbonic maceration, which gives it more fruitiness and less tannin.

Food pairings: Pleasant as an aperitif, this cuvée will perfectly accompany duck with blueberries or pheasant, goat cheese or a dessert with red fruits.

Ideal serving temperature: Serve at 6-7°C.
