Personalised champagne bottle name

We offer you a choice between a Vincent brut or rosé Champagne, an excellent champagne with fine bubbles.

Brut Champagne - tradition:

Grapes: 20% Chardonnay, for elegance and finesse, 40% Pinot noir, for roundness and structure, and 40% Pinot Meunier for fruitiness.

Nose: Slightly fruity with subtle dominant notes of white fruits: pear, apple.

Palate: Clear and balanced. The fruity aromas express themselves with freshness over a good length. 

Pairings: Goes well with all dishes. Ideal with white meat, or monkfish stew with mushrooms.

Brut Champagne - Rosé:

Grapes: 10% Chardonnay, for elegance and finesse, 60% Pinot noir, for roundness and structure, and 30% Pinot Meunier for fruitiness.

Nose: A true festival of red fruits! The aromas of blackberry, raspberry, currant, and strawberry remain delicate and evoke a feeling of lightness and conviviality.

Palate: Fruity and beautifully balanced, this rosé is made from a blend with a carbonic maceration, giving it more fruitiness and less tannin.

Pairings: Pleasant as an aperitif, this cuvée will perfectly complement duck with lingonberries or pheasant, goat cheese, or a dessert with red fruits.

Ideal consumption temperature: Serve at 6-7°C.
