The general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern and apply without restriction or reservation to all contractual relations between KADOCOM and any person purchasing products offered for sale by KADOCOM on this website.

Any person placing an order for a product offered for sale on the KADOCOM website is deemed to accept these general terms and conditions of sale, which the Buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing the order.

The Buyer, prior to placing an order, declares that they have full legal capacity to enter into a contract under these general terms and conditions of sale.

KADOCOM reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions of sale at any time; the most recent update was made on 16 April 2025.

KADOCOM undertakes to fulfil orders placed on the website www.amikado.com subject to product availability. In the event that one or more of the ordered items are unavailable, KADOCOM undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and, where applicable, to issue a refund no later than thirty (30) days after reciept of payment. The customer's order will then be automatically cancelled.

The sale prices shown on the Website are in Pounds and include all applicable taxes.

They do not include delivery charges, which are added to the price of the products purchased and vary depending on the total order value.

Delivery charges for the United Kingdom and international destinations are shown on each product page. The serviced delivery areas are also listed on each product page.

Product prices and delivery charges may be changed by KADOCOM at any time. However, the price charged to the Buyer will be the price displayed on the Website at the time the order is placed (except in the case of an obvious typographical error).

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and postage fees. They are displayed on each product page.

Your order is placed on the website www.amikado.co.uk.

The ordering process is as follows:
o Selection of items and addition to basket
o Confirmation of basket contents
o Identification on the website www.amikado.co.uk if you are not already logged in
o Optional choice of delivery address and method
o Acceptance of the T&Cs and payment confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email.
At each of these stages, you will be able to view the details of your order and correct any possible errors before confirming it to express your acceptance.
KADOCOM retains ownership of the items until delivery, either by direct handover to the buyer, by notice of availability, or, in the case of professionals, by handover of the goods to a carrier.
KADOCOM reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute regarding payment for a previous order or who, in its judgement, presents any form of risk.
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the items available for sale.

The contract will be concluded when you click the “Pay” button, which allows you to confirm your order after having viewed its details and, in particular, its total price and having had the opportunity to correct any possible errors.
The language offered for contract conclusion is English.
Contracts concluded on our website (data relating to your order and the T&Cs in force on the day of your order) are archived for a period of 10 years. You can access archived contracts by requesting them by email at hello@amikado.co.uk or by post at the address Kadocom, 92 avenue du général Leclerc 92100 Boulogne Billancourt France.

If a due payment is not made within 10 days following the sending of the order confirmation, despite an email reminder, we are entitled to declare the unilateral termination of the contract and thereby cancel the order. In the event of contract termination, we are no longer obliged to deliver the ordered items. This means that the items ordered will be reserved for you for a maximum period of 10 days from the date of the order.

Unless a specific agreement has been made between KADOCOM and the Buyer, the order must be paid in full at the time it is placed, using one of the payment methods listed below. KADOCOM is under no obligation to deliver the products ordered by the Buyer if the price has not been paid in full in advance. Unless otherwise stated, KADOCOM does not offer any discount for early payment.
The Buyer guarantees KADOCOM that they have any necessary authorisations to use the chosen method of payment when submitting the order form.

The Buyer may pay for his/her order by:

1. Payment by bank card on the www.amikado.co.uk website. We accept the following cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard. To ensure secure payment by bank card, the customer choosing this payment method will be redirected to the secure servers of Checkout.com and must enter the card’s security code (CVV) found on the back of the card. Your card will be debited at the time of your order. Payment by bank card over the phone is not accepted.

2. Payment by bank transfer following an order placed on the website.
Your order will be processed once our bank has credited the payment to our account. If no transfer is received within 10 days of placing an order, the order will be cancelled.

3. Payment via PayPal.

Your banking details are neither collected nor stored by Kadocom.
Our payment providers Checkout.com and Paypal are PCI DSS certified.

Delivery is carried out either by direct handover to the Buyer, by notice of availability, or, in the case of professional customers, by delivery of the goods to a carrier.

Delivery times
Delivery is made to the address provided at the time the order is placed.
Delivery times, calculated from the date payment is received by KADOCOM, are indicated on each product page. These delivery times are provided for information purposes only and are based on standard processing and shipping times.

Delivery delays
In the event of a delivery delay, we recommend that you first check the status of your order directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided before contacting us. We ask that you notify us of any delay exceeding one week beyond the average delivery time so that we may initiate an investigation with the carrier (investigation periods may vary from one to three weeks). If the product is located during the investigation, it will be immediately redirected to the delivery address. If the product is not located at the end of the investigation, the carrier will deem the parcel lost, and we will send a replacement product at our own expense. If the delivery time is exceeded by more than seven (7) days, except in cases of force majeure, you may request a refund of the delivery charges.

Transport-related risks
KADOCOM assumes responsibility for transport-related risks until delivery, defined as the physical handover of the goods to the recipient indicated at the time of the order or to their authorised representative, provided that the goods are checked upon receipt in the presence of the carrier and that any issues are noted in writing on the delivery note, in accordance with the procedure described below. By way of exception, transport risks and hazards (including loss, damage or theft) shall be the responsibility of the Buyer where the Buyer is a professional customer.

Receipt of goods
Any irregularity relating to the items (damage, missing items from the delivery note, damaged or opened parcels, broken or defective products, etc.) must be reported within three (3) days of delivery. After this period, the Buyer shall no longer be entitled to request an exchange or a refund from KADOCOM in the event of damage or deterioration of the product. For any enquiries, please contact us at contact@amikado.com

Personalised items:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

Non-personalised items:

As a consumer, you have a period of fourteen (14) days in which to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal. This period begins on the date of receipt of the products. If the fourteen-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it shall be extended until the next working day. You are not required to provide any reason for exercising your right of withdrawal, and no penalties will be applied.
However, you are requested to contact customer service prior to returning your parcel. A withdrawal form will be sent to you and must be included with the returned parcel.

If the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the goods must be returned to the following address:
KADOCOM CREATION, 1 Impasse de Lisieux, 31300 Toulouse, France.

Return costs are entirely at your expense.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, even if they have been opened.
KADOCOM does not accept parcels sent with postage due; such parcels will be returned to the sender.

Exercising the right of withdrawal entitles you to a full refund of the amounts paid at the time of the order within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned goods. However, KADOCOM is not required to refund any additional delivery charges if the consumer has expressly chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard delivery option offered. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the consumer expressly agrees to another method.

Specific case of a non-compliant product: A delivered product that is non-compliant will initially be subject only to replacement or repair. However, if the replacement product does not meet your expectations, you may, where applicable, exercise your right of withdrawal within the remaining withdrawal period.

Kadocom complies with the strictest standards for privacy protection and with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which defines the principles to be followed when collecting, processing, and storing personal data.

How to earn Clovers?

fidelite By placing an order on amikado.com

For every €10 spent on your order (excluding delivery charges), you earn 1 Clover, equivalent to €0.50 in vouchers.
