Nose: Slightly fruity with a subtle dominant of white fruits: pear, apple.

Palate: Clean and balanced. The fruity aromas express themselves with freshness over a good length.

Pairings: Complements all dishes. Ideal with white meat, or a monkfish blanquette with mushrooms.

Champagne Brut - Rosé:

Grapes: 10% Chardonnay, for elegance and finesse, 60% Pinot noir, for roundness and structure, and 30% Pinot Meunier for fruitiness.

Nose: A true festival of red fruits! The aromas of blackberry, raspberry, redcurrant, and strawberry remain delicate and evoke a feeling of lightness and conviviality.

Palate: Fruity and well-balanced, this rosé comes from a blend where the wine benefits from carbonic maceration, giving it more fruitiness and less tannin.

Pairings: Pleasant as an aperitif, this cuvée will perfectly accompany a duck with berries or a pheasant, goat cheese, or a red fruit dessert.

Ideal consumption temperature: Serve at 6-7°C.
