Sanguine-style portrait from a photo

A sanguine portrait is a traditional drawing in reddish-brown chalk, valued since the Renaissance for its warm tones and soft shadows that enhance faces.

Today, artificial intelligence recreates this effect: from a simple photo, it analyses contours and lights to produce a stunning rendering, like a true sanguine drawing.

After the automatic transformation, each visual is then carefully cropped, for a perfect integration onto the chosen medium, by our graphic designer.

Important: AI can sometimes be capricious and whimsical, for example by not taking into account the correct number of characters represented: please be sure to check your preview before placing your order.

If the AI made a mistake, try again by re-uploading the original photo. And if the error persists, we invite you, after placing your order, to contact us by email so that we can manually correct this mistake.

Once approved, the file is sent to our workshop for professional quality printing, ready to be dispatched.

Poster prints, with or without an optional frame, are made on 240 gr Canson paper manufactured in France. The Canson paper highlights contrasts without shine, giving an authentic and artistic effect close to a hand-made original.
