The main grape varieties for Bordeaux red are Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, which provide vigour, tannin, and longevity, and Merlot, which offers softness and smoothness. This wine is characterised by its fruity nature and quite round structure.

 

Rosé wine from Bordeaux is produced from the same grape varieties as the reds from Bordeaux. It is the trendy and festive product par excellence for your aperitifs or dining on the terrace with friends. With its pale pink colour, fruity or floral aromas, it offers plenty of lightness and freshness on the palate. Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.

 

The Médoc is a region of the Bordeaux vineyard that produces quality wines, with grape varieties similar to those of traditional Bordeaux reds.

 

The Saint-Amour, produced at the Domaine des pins, is the most Burgundy-like of the Beaujolais crus. Grape variety: Gamay noir à jus blanc. Aromas of red fruits enhanced by spices, silky tannins; it will delight you with poultry, white meats, and cheeses. Serving temperature: 14 °C.

 

The white wine Bordeaux appellation is composed of 3 grape varieties: Sauvignon, Sémillon, Muscadelle.  This white wine has a pale yellow colour, clean and bright. Nose of boxwood, citrus. Aromatic and balanced palate, sweet finish. It should be consumed chilled, between 6 and 10 degrees, as an aperitif or to accompany fish.
