Saint-Amour, produced at Domaine des Pins, is the most Burgundian of the Beaujolais crus. Grape variety: Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc. Aromas of red fruits heightened by spices, silky tannins; it will delight you with poultry, white meats and cheeses. Serving temperature: 14 °C.
