The main grape varieties for Bordeaux Red are Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, which provide strength, tannin and a long life, and Merlot which adds softness and smoothness. This wine is characterised by its fruitiness and a fairly round structure.

 

Bordeaux Rosé is produced from the same grape varieties as Bordeaux reds. It is the trendy and festive product par excellence for your aperitifs or dinners on the terrace with friends, boasting a pale pink colour, fruity or floral aromas, and a lot of lightness and freshness on the palate. Serving temperature: 8-10 °C.

 

The Médoc is a region of the Bordeaux vineyard that produces quality wines, with grape varieties similar to those of traditional Bordeaux reds.

 

Saint-Amour, produced at Domaine des Pins, is the most Burgundian of the Beaujolais crus. Grape variety: Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc. Aromas of red fruits heightened by spices, silky tannins; it will delight you with poultry, white meats and cheeses. Serving temperature: 14 °C.

 

Bordeaux White Wine is made up of 3 grape varieties: Sauvignon, Sémillon, Muscadelle. This white wine has a pale yellow, clear and bright appearance. Aromas of boxwood and citrus. Aromatic and balanced palate, with a soft finish.

It should be consumed chilled, between 6 and 10 degrees, as an aperitif or to accompany fish.

I wrote "uncontrolled" and without the premise it makes no sense, knowing that I would have written the birth year of the person I am giving it to.
