I am not entirely sure I have understood your comment correctly. You ordered a canvas (watercolour) as well as a poster (oil painting). I therefore assume that the "small canvas" you are referring to is the poster.
Indeed, our posters are shipped in an envelope placed inside the parcel in order to protect them as well as possible.
If your poster or your canvas has unfortunately been damaged during transit, please do not hesitate to send us 1 or 2 photos so that we can look into this carefully and offer you a solution.
