Regarding the embroidery, it is normal for the reverse side to show the securing threads required for machine embroidery. This does not affect its strength or durability in any way. As shown on our product page, our towels are made from 100% cotton terry, Luxury quality at 550 g/m², offering an excellent level of softness and durability. Each embroidery is carefully made in our workshop in France, with quality checks before dispatch. However, if you feel that the quality of your towel or the embroidery does not meet our standards, please send us a few photos.
