Alice (21 February 2023) I would certainly have filled in the questionnaire with a very positive opinion if there had not been an error in the order. Indeed, I had ordered two helmet keyrings. I received one, but the second keyring was a motorcycle!!! Caught off guard by a lack of time, I did not return the item I needed for a gift but was obviously very upset not to be able to give what I had intended. Perhaps you could rectify this mistake with a goodwill gesture?J’aurais certainement rempli le questionnaire avec un avis très favorable s’il n’y avait pas eu erreur dans la commande. En effet j’avais commandé deux porte clés casque. J’en ai reçu un mais le deuxième porte clé était une moto!!! Prise de court par manque de temps, je n’ai pas renvoyé l’article dont j’avais besoin pour un cadeau mais ai évidemment été très contrariée de ne pas offrir ce que j’avais prévu. Peut être pourriez vous rectifier cette erreur par un geste commercial?
